  • 1 can garbanzo beans
  • 2 roasted red pepper halves
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • Dash lemon juice
  • Black pepper

Super Easy Homemade Red Pepper Hummus | Purpose Filled Wandering

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor, and puree for a couple of minutes.
  2. Push down as needed to help ingredients mix.
  3. Serve with pita or tortilla chips, and refrigerate leftovers to use with some of my upcoming recipes!!

* Traditionally hummus is made with tahini, a paste made from sesame seeds. Since I always have seeds and oil on hand, they served as an inexpensive alternative for me.
